Contest Process & Guidelines
Submission Process:​

Participants must register and submit their design through the official contest portal.

Each submission must include a short description about the design.
Judging Criteria:​

Innovation & Creativity – How unique and futuristic is the design?
-
Feasibility – Can it be realistically built and function effectively?
-
AI Integration – How well is AI incorporated?
-
Presentation – Clarity and quality of the submission.
Screening & Awards:​

A panel of experts will evaluate the entries and shortlist finalists.

Selected designs will get a place for demonstration during the KISAN2025 exhibition.

Winning entries will be featured on digital platforms for wider outreach.

Terms and conditions
1. Eligibility:

The contest is open to all. (Individual or team)

Each individual or team can submit only one design.
2. Submission Guidelines:
-
Designs must incorporate AI in some capacity (e.g., detection, automation, interaction).

Submissions must include concept sketches, technical details, and a brief description.

All entries must be original and not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.

Registration Code: Participants should choose a Registration Code & mention the same on all design submissions. Code composed of two alphabets and four digits i.e. "XX1234"
3. Selection Criteria:

Selection of entries will be done on Innovation, Creativity, Feasibility, AI Integration & Presentation.
4. Intellectual Property:
-
Participants retain rights to their designs but grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to showcase submissions for promotional purposes.
5. General Terms:

By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest if necessary.

Judges' decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
